With a strong strategic mindset and technical expertise, this role ensures that all creative assets align with DIME's refreshed brand guidelines while supporting performance marketing goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Brand Stewardship:
- Act as the creative guardian of the DIME brand, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic.
- Evolve and uphold the brand's visual identity across all internal and external communications.
- Creative Strategy:
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that balance storytelling with performance marketing objectives.
- Translate brand and campaign goals into effective, on-brand creative concepts.
- Design Execution:
- Design and produce assets as needed, including graphics for email, organic social, web, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all assets are platform-appropriate, high-quality, and performance-optimized.
- Agency Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies.
- Provide clear, actionable direction; manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables; ensure creative alignment with DIME's vision and standards.
- Collaboration:
- Partner closely with the performance marketing team to develop assets that drive engagement, conversions, and KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure creative support for business-wide initiatives.
- Project Management & Timely Delivery:
- Lead creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and creative output maintains high standards.
- Manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and communicating effectively to keep workflows moving forward.
- Maintain strong organizational systems and proactive planning to meet timelines.
- Photoshoots & Production:
- Attend and assist with photoshoots, ensuring assets are aligned with creative briefs and brand standards.
- Manage relationships and logistics with creative vendors including photographers, videographers, and production teams.
- Creative Direction:
- Provide actionable, constructive feedback to internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
- Inspire and uphold a consistent, elevated creative vision throughout all brand touchpoints.
- Cross-functional Communication:
- Act as a key liaison between creative, marketing, performance, leadership, and other departments.
- Ensure alignment and clarity throughout the creative development lifecycle.
- Supervises employees:
- Maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.
- Provide coaching, support, and training opportunities for skill development and growth.
- Set and monitor performance goals aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews, give ongoing feedback, and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
- Serve as a role model for company values, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution while working under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality assets on time and within scope.
- Experience in production-attending and assisting with photoshoots, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring assets are captured according to creative briefs.
- Excellent communication skills-ability to clearly articulate ideas, collaborate effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to negotiate with photographers, videographers, and other external vendors to ensure creative work aligns with brand standards and project timelines.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical expertise.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
- Proven ability to lead a creative team while also personally executing high-quality design work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and performance marketing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related design tools.
- Deep understanding of content creation across digital channels, including paid social, organic social, email, and web.
- Experience managing creative teams, agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
