Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a bold, business-minded Creative Director to bring our brand strategy to life through world-class creative. This leader will oversee the full spectrum of creative output-from digital advertising and video to CRM, MMS/SMS, and immersive resort brand experiences.
Reporting directly to the VP of Brand, this role leads a high-performing, high-accountability in-house team that delivers measurable value across the entire funnel-from lead generation to bookings to long-term brand love.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a creative function that is not just expressive-but revenue-driving and fully integrated into the core business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Brand Leadership
- Own the creative vision across all brand and marketing touchpoints: campaigns, digital ads, video, email/CRM, social, resort environments, presentations, and internal communications.
- Translate marketing strategies into insight-driven, audience-centered creative that drives measurable business outcomes.
- Maintain and evolve a distinctive brand identity across every channel and experience.
- Lead a team with high standards, clear roles, and a culture of excellence, speed, and accountability.
- Prioritize creative work by business impact-knowing when to go big, fast, or deep.
Collaboration & Integration
- Partner with Brand Strategy to ensure all creative is rooted in customer insight and strategic intent.
- Work closely with Project Management to align on timelines, resourcing, and workflow.
- Collaborate with MarTech and CRM teams to ensure performance, personalization, and scalability across owned channels.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Implement and refine creative workflows to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving team through strong operational practices.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards.
Financial Ownership
- Own the creative team's annual budget: planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance on budgeting processes and performance monitoring.
- Write persuasive PAFs to secure CapEx funding for key initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier creative talent across design, copy, and content.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and inspiration.
- Operate with a "chief of staff" mindset-keeping the team focused, aligned, and moving forward.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience across brand, digital, and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-output, high-quality teams that deliver business results.
- Deep experience across design, video, copy, and digital paired with a sharp eye for storytelling and conversion.
- Operational excellence: strong process thinking, resource planning, and team-building chops.
- Experience collaborating across project management, brand strategy, and data/MarTech teams.
- Exceptional communication and influence-able to advocate for creative at the highest levels.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity that performs.
