We seek a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative strategy and execution across brand, product marketing, and customer engagement. You must have a strong expertise in brand strategy and management and deep knowledge of what it takes to create a strong, iconic brand. You will be responsible for evolving and elevating our visual identity, storytelling, and user experience across all channels. As a key leader in the marketing team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, content, and leadership to ensure our creative output aligns with our strategic goals and brand ethos. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic visual oversight across branding, digital experiences, campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
$184,000.00-$230,000.00

Key Responsibilities
- Define, drive, and execute a creative direction that reflects our evolving identity and aligns with company goals across all digital and physical touchpoints
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, videographers, and external agencies
- Develop and execute high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure consistency across marketing and product design
- Provide creative direction for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and digital experiences
- Champion a design-thinking mindset and raise the creative bar internally and externally
- Ensure all creative assets reflect the voice, tone, and personality of the brand
- Monitor trends in technology, design, and culture to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Lead projects through the entire production lifecycle: planning, creative, production and delivery
- Roll up your sleeves to help execute design from digital through print environments
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in tech, SaaS, or a fast-paced digital environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative direction as well as high-level craft in brand, digital, event, and campaign work
- Deep understanding of design thinking, design principles, storytelling, UX/UI, and content strategy
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and motivating diverse creative teams
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback across creative disciplines
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative tools
- Experience working with product teams and a strong grasp of the tech customer journey
- A strategic thinker who can balance big ideas with day-to-day execution
- Worked with high-growth startups or enterprise SaaS companies
- Process-oriented and able to identify and adjust areas for improvement and efficiency
- Background in motion design, 3D, or immersive storytelling
- Passion for emerging tech and design innovation
