Job Description:
The proposed project involves updating the HR Automation system, an on-premises CRM Dynamics application, to address existing limitations and to create new features to support evolving business needs.
The goal is to enhance the system's ability to manage employee life cycle changes, streamline workflows, and improve user experience, collaboration, and decision-making capabilities.
Consultants will design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy various enhancements and features to modernize the system.
Consultants will work with DCAS IT, utilizing already implemented environments and tools to accomplish the following:
o Workflow Optimization and Expansion: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and optimize workflows, such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers.Develop new workflows for vacancy management, budgeting, and job changes.
o Template Creation: Create reusable templates auto-populated based on job function, title, and level for tasks like job postings, promotions, and internal transfers.
o Budgeting Integration: Build a budgeting module to track position costs, vacancies, and allocations, integrated with HR workflows and financial systems.
o Role-Specific Enhancements: Enhance current roles, and create new hiring manager role with tailored templates, workflows, and notifications to streamline recruitment processes.
o User Experience Improvements: Redesign the user interface and add a help feature for better usability. Implement visual dashboards and analytics to track metrics like vacancy rates, budget utilization, and approvals.
o Advanced Reporting: Develop reporting tools for requests, employees, positions, and financial data. Provide leadership-tailored reports to support strategic decision-making.
o Seamless Integration: Implement connectivity with the with external systems like CHRMS, NYCAPs, and job specifications databases.
Synchronize real-time data with external platforms and integrate DCAS's Locator system for new hire and transfer data.
Build APIs to facilitate communication between the HR Automation system and other applications.
o Enhanced Efficiency: Implement features to reduce manual data entry, such as automated workflows, data look ups and cloning capabilities.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proven experience in implementations, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and source control systems (Git).

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
