What you'll do
The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist - CRM position is in New York City, NY and will report directly to the Marketing Director - CRM Database. In this new role, we are looking for a curious minded individual who enjoys a blend of autonomous and collaborative work. You will be responsible for a variety of customer relationship management (CRM) activities, including contact and account management, list management, analytics/reporting, invite communication management, and user/system support. Paid relocation is not available for this position.

The hourly range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $43/hr. - $53/hr. with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of developing, executing, and continuously optimizing sophisticated CRM strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing customer lifecycle management.
- Serve as a CRM subject matter expert, proactively advising on best practices and innovations to maximize system capabilities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Provide CRM support for administrative and professional staff by understanding, anticipating, and supporting marketing efforts that require firm CRM data, including list creation, list management, and reporting.
- Assist with CRM-related initiatives, including automation, segmentation, personalization, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Support firm event registration process, including creation of event email communication and distribution.
- Act as a liaison between CRM stakeholders and vendors, advocating for improvements, training, and system enhancements.
- Responsible for CRM contact updates, including work prioritization, ticket assignment and processing.
- Handle on-going strategies for CRM data e.g. contacts accounts and list quality maintenance.
- Handle CRM system administrative tasks.

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in a marketing or business development capacity ideally in a professional services firm.
- Proven expertise in CRM systems (LexisNexis InterAction or Dynamics 365 a plus), marketing automation, and broadcast email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture a plus).
- Good technical acumen, including working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and template creation.
- Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized with good time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret insights and optimize CRM strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively across teams with people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Core working hours are generally 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday; willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
