Position Requirements

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is a 350 bed teaching hospital and a voluntary nonprofit, short term acute care hospital.

Case Mix: General, endo, labor and delivery, ORTHO, GYN, URO, ENT, Vascular, Neuro, Thoracic

Location Facts:

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements:

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Salary:$220K base pay plus shift diff/premium pay plus additional call pay
Sign-on package: up to $100K
