JOB SUMMARY
The CSD System Administrator will support 1st IO Command and the Cyber Support Detachment which provides enhanced readiness capabilities through the development and management of mission platforms, operation and maintenance of dynamic training environments, management of tool and system type accreditations, and the forecasting and management of emerging requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage software licenses.
- Update software images.
- Troubleshoot and remediate software applications.
- Install and software applications.
- Monitor and report software application performance metrics.
- Develop, implement, and update backup and recovery procedures.
- Maintain STIG compliance as required.
- Operate and maintain vSphere application.
- Manage the Active Directory AD Domain with windows systems and servers and Linux systems.
- Coordinate lifecycle equipment replacement.
- Forecast hardware and software requirements.
- Maintain equipment.
- Conduct CD/DVD handling procedures.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Provide customer support
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Demonstrates working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications include:
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance (DoD)
- Viable candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of System Administrator experience or a Highschool Diploma and 7+ years of System Administrator experience
- Must possess at least one IAT Level III Army 8570 Certification (ex. CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH or CCSP)
- Windows or Linux Computer Environment Certification required
