Job Description
Job Title: Technologist/Technician

Job Specialty: CT

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 7.5 Hours, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening

Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 per week

Experience: 2 years required

License: NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License with NYS Injection/IV Certification (Candidates may apply if they take the IV cert course before starting and apply for NYDOH BERT certification)

Certifications: R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) or R.T. (R) and NMTCB (CT), BLS

Must-Have: Every other weekend required

Job Description:
- Perform all types of routine CT exams, including the most common CT angiography and CT colonoscopy.
- Utilize GE Apex equipment for imaging procedures.
- Operate using Syngo RIS, Medicalis, Magview, and AllScripts systems.
- Work in an outpatient setting within a teaching facility.
- Opportunity for physician skills sign-off for application.
