As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Construction to drive strategic growth and operational success.

Position Overview:

The Director of Construction will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding CUI's construction operations. This position is responsible for overseeing existing projects and relationships while spearheading growth initiatives in Keystone and Freedom markets. Additionally, the role includes expanding operations in Beltway and NER, as well as developing leadership and resource teams to support continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance current construction projects and key stakeholder relationships.
• Market Expansion: Lead the development of new operations in Keystone and Freedom while growing CUI's presence in Beltway and NER.
• Leadership Development: Build and mentor high-performing leadership and resource teams across all operational areas.
• Strategic Growth: Drive initiatives that align with CUI's expansion goals and reinforce our strong culture within the Construction Pillar.
• Collaboration with Comcast: Strengthen and expand our relationship with Comcast, ensuring alignment with their objectives and industry best practices.
• Operational Excellence: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality across all construction projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven leadership in the construction or telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.
• Experience in market expansion and operational growth within the telecommunications infrastructure sector.
• Strong relationship management skills, particularly with key partners such as Comcast.
• Ability to develop and mentor leadership teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to execute growth initiatives effectively.
