QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education/experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with major course work in communications, public relations, marketing, graphic design or a related field and previous experience in communication or education related field. Experience with electronic media and web applications required. Must be bi-cultural, including fluent in both written and oral language, in designated culture. A language test is not required to apply, but will be required for hire into this position. The district will provide language testing at no cost to selected applicant(s).

Possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Driver's license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles within 30 days of hire or before driving equipment/vehicle requiring this license.
