Custom Quoting Manager

The Quoting Manager provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to quoting requests. These requests are for both stock and custom parts. Leading the quoting division of the Customer Experience department this person will help lead the vision of the future for the quoting process.

• Lead a team of quoting supervisors and quoting specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Oversee the entire quoting process, from initial inquiry to final quote submission.
• Ensure quotes are accurate, complete, and delivered within established timelines.
• Review and approve complex or high-value quotes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve quoting processes and procedures.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline quoting workflows and increase efficiency.
• Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the quoting process.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve overall company performance.
