The person will be responsible for installation and configuration of ColorTokens Zero Trust Cyber security products and drive customer adoption and satisfaction.

Technical Abilities
- Strong hands-on experience in implementing Network security solutions.
- Exposure to Endpoint security and VPN solutions.
- Strong understanding of network flows, protocols and application related security controls.
- Experience of one or many of the following networking and security technologies : Network security, Firewall/WAF/RASP, routing/switching, IP addressing/subnetting, PKI, IPS/IDS, VPN's etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more scripting tools and technologies: Python/Bash/Ruby/Powershell , Chef/Puppet/Ansible etc.
- Experience with Linux platforms, especially CentOS/Red Hat
- Experience with Windows server platforms.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker or other containerization technologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- CISSP/CCSP/CompTIA Security/CISA/CISM or other similar security certifications
- Work Experience
- 10+ years of Architecting/Deployment/Technical Account Management experience in Cybersecurity/SaaS organization
- 3+ years recent experience in customer-facing roles - preferably in a Deployment/Professional Services roles.
Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for installation and configuration of ColorTokens Zero Trust Cyber security products and drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Lead the planning, installation and integration of ColorTokens Zero Trust product portfolio in diverse IT environments (virtual/physical/container, on-prem/cloud/hybrid)
- Act as a subject matter expert on the ColorTokens Zero Trust product portfolio delivering implementation and integration into their environment.
- Work with customers throughout a delivery project life cycle - planning, architecture (including HLD, LLD etc.), deploying and configuring ColorTokens Zero Trust security platform.
- Understand Customer environment and Develop Security Rulesets and Policies to implement ColorTokens Zero trust product to meet the customer's requirements.
- Provide best practices and recommendations on the product implementations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation to be delivered for the customer engagement.
- Be the single point owner of deployment at customer site and be the primary interface between the client's teams and the ColorTokens support teams.
- Provide reporting and metrics on the deployment in the client's environment.
- Travel to customer locations (if needed) to assist customers in short-term implementation engagements.
- Provide training so as to facilitate knowledge transfer and education on the ColorTokens implementation to the client's teams.
