As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have exceptional interactions with our products, services, and brand. Your role will involve developing and implementing customer-centric strategies and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey in the Integrated Supply Chain. By effectively managing the customer experience, you will contribute to enhancing our reputation as a customer-centric organization and driving business growth. You will report directly to the AMER ISC Customer Service Leader, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and business growth.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer experience or related field
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer satisfaction metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software
- Strong leadership and teaming skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in Supply chain or a related field
- Additional certifications in customer experience management are a plus
