What you'll do
  • Position Overview:The "Customer Journey & Funnel Analyst" position involves analyzing and optimizing the lead funnel in B2B and eCommerce contexts. The role focuses on evaluating the performance of lead generation efforts, tracking customer behavior, and providing actionable insights to improve funnel efficiency and drive higher conversions. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams is key, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer experiences. The position requires expertise in analyzing complex data sets, generating reports, and making recommendations to optimize the entire funnel from lead acquisition to conversion.
    • Lead Funnel & Journey Optimization: Analyze and optimize the B2B lead funnel, identifying drop-off points and improving conversion rates across the entire customer journey.
    • eCommerce Performance & Journey Optimization: Monitor and optimize eCommerce performance and the customer journey, focusing on key metrics and the impact of marketing strategies.
    • Reporting & Data Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards and reports, visualizing funnel and eCommerce metrics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders, while collaborating closely with Global Data teams to drive requirements and ensure high adoption.
    • Customer Segmentation & Profiling: Conduct segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer segments and collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
    • Cross-Channel Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) in driving lead generation and eCommerce revenue, and recommend optimization strategies.
    • A/B Testing & Optimization: Support A/B testing efforts on lead funnel and eCommerce platforms, analyzing results to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams to align objectives, optimize the funnel, and enhance the customer journey across channels.

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, business administration (master's degree preferred)
  • 5 years of relevant experience in data related fields

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
