Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead to drive the discovery, design, and implementation of CJA solutions.

This role involves creating CJA reports, analyzing insights, and leading a team of at least two developers.

The CJA Lead will also collaborate with clients, product owners, and architects to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

CJA Development (60%)
  • Hands-on experience with CJA modules, including Connections, Data Views, Metrics, Dimensions, Calculated Metrics, Projects, and Panels.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and execution of Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and RT-CDP solutions.
  • Analyze and manage data requirements, determining whether to add new data or reuse existing data.
  • Develop CJA reports, projects, and dashboards using various metrics, dimensions, filters, and calculated metrics.
  • Configure alerts and export functionalities to support reporting automation.


Technical Leadership (40%)
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, reviewing their work and resolving technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring smooth execution of CJA reports and analytics workflows.
  • Act as a client-facing expert, participating in requirement gathering and technical discussions.


Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on development experience in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Strong understanding of analytics data collection, preferably using Adobe Tag Manager (Launch).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, including eVars, props, events, segments, and reporting components.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Web SDK, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and RT-CDP.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions and documentation.
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior developers.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform datasets and Query Service.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps processes.
  • Understanding of user experience principles in analytics dashboards.
