The Opportunity: The Customer Operations Product Owner will be crucial in supporting the needs of the Customer Operations business unit as well as the various technology platforms used by the COO organization. The Customer Operations Product Owner will facilitate the execution of roadmaps across various products and tools, ensuring that all aspects of the Operations technology landscape align with the overall business objectives. As a Product Owner with hands-on experience in building and supporting customer service applications, the individual in this role will bring a product mindset and thought leadership to the organization. The Product Owner will recommend solutions to the business stakeholders as well as the Product Development team and work with the Director to ensure that the developed products align with the company's priorities, stakeholders, and end users.

The Product Owner will recommend solutions to the business stakeholders as well as the Product Development team and work with the Director to ensure that the developed products align with the company's priorities, stakeholders, and end users.
What You Will Do:
- Contribute to providing innovative and workable solutions to satisfy market needs and customer expectations
- Collaborate with Delivery and Operation teams to find innovative and creative ways to solve customer problems and build close and productive working relationships
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for Customer Service applications and services (e.g., CRM solutions, etc.), while ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Manage and refine the product backlog, write user stories, and perform release planning
- Prioritize and implement product enhancements based on product evaluation, user feedback, market insight, and competitor analysis
- Lead and schedule product refinements and follow-up on action items to finalize requirements
- Attend sprint planning and sprint reviews, working closely with the Scrum Master and Scrum team throughout development
- Work across multiple stakeholders to determine, synthesize, and document standard requirements
- Articulate business and customer value to the development team and use it to guide iterative development
- Support the Director in showcasing new products to appropriate internal/external audiences
- Conduct product demonstrations for business stakeholders and delivery partners, as required
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience supporting Customer Service applications working directly with Operations business leaders
- Experience implementing solutions that require 3rd party integrations
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledgeable in Agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of Customer Service KPIs and how they are measured and influenced
- Hands-on experience creating user stories with a development team
- Strong cross-functional written and verbal communication skills (e.g., technical and business)
- Ability to manage the product backlog and prioritize the tasks based on changing requirements
