What You'll Do
- Own the full post-sale relationship for ~50 high-value accounts
- Rapidly onboard new customers and help them get up and running
- Drive platform usage, customer engagement, and ongoing spend
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to customers
- Manage renewals while identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver feedback and enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Proven success managing 50+ accounts, ideally with $200-300K+ contract values
- Strong communicator who's proactive, confident, and thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Background in SaaS or service-driven industries is strongly preferred
- Prefer to avoid candidates from large, slow-moving corporations or industries with weak customer service reputations (e.g., pharma, telecom)
