Skills and Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Security, or related field.
Good experience with CyberArk or privileged access management solutions.
Knowledge of CyberArk solutions, including Vaulting, PSM, and AIM.
Strong troubleshooting skills in PAM and CyberArk systems.
Experience with access management, security protocols, and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
Technical Support: Provide first- and second-line support for CyberArk issues, troubleshooting system performance, and access-related problems.
System Monitoring: Monitor CyberArk environments for performance and security issues, ensuring high availability and system integrity.
Incident Management: Respond to incidents and requests, escalating, when necessary, to ensure swift resolution.
Configuration & Maintenance: Assist with configuration changes, updates, and patches to ensure systems remain secure and efficient.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
