A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking Cybersecurity Exercise Administrators to join our Cybersecurity Integration, Outreach and Planning group. The Cybersecurity Exercise Administrator will support the planning and strategy of cybersecurity exercises, develop reports and foster outreach with internal, external and international stakeholders.

This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Integration, Outreach and Planning Federal Manager on Program functions, ensuring that identified tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, on time and in compliance with the requirements.
  • Support the preparation, review and maintenance of reports, guidance and plans as directed by the Integration, Outreach and Planning Federal Manager.
  • Work with cybersecurity exercise leads on workshops, webinars, tabletop, functional cyber exercises and strategic/multi-year plans with internal and external stakeholders. This includes working throughout the exercise lifecycle (initial concept, design, conduct, assessment, developing recommendations and tracking results), working with cyber test team and system security officers to leverage test results and satisfy system security requirements, working with agency and stakeholder labs and cyber ranges and at a strategic level to update the multi-year cybersecurity exercise strategy and multi-year plan to align with program and agency priorities and objectives.
  • Work with agency cybersecurity exercises stakeholders to develop scenarios that address priorities established by leadership, strategy documents, results from previous exercises, real-world incidents and a yearly Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA). This includes creating and maintaining a scenario/inject library for future references.
  • Work with the Cybersecurity Group to provide its findings and recommendations for strengthening agency cybersecurity, cybersecurity incident response and exercise processes.
  • Develop and maintain a Cybersecurity exercise strategic plan.
  • Develop exercise materials including exercise scenarios, environment diagrams and after-action reports.
  • Support the creation of exercise environments.
  • Participate in and monitor exercises to create actionable information for Cybersecurity planning.
  • Support the development and distribution of a monthly Cybersecurity Newsletter.
  • Support the planning, outreach and communication of an annual Cybersecurity Symposium and monthly all-hands meeting.
  • Provide support to help ensure sharing of Sensitive Information is secured by applicable agreements and protective controls.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites.
  • Maintain organization structures and other organizational documentation.
  • Support the Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity Architecture teams.


Skills Required:
  • Experience writing and maintaining deliverables according to a prescribed schedule.
  • Experience developing and updating strategic program documentation.
  • Experience creating cybersecurity exercise environments.
  • Experience working with multiple sets of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing sensitive information.
  • Experience writing reports and presentations for audiences at variable technical levels.
  • Experience with federal IT security rulesets such as NIST.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated to take ownership of projects.


Skills Preferred:
  • Certificate in a program management area (e.g. PMP).
  • Certificate in an IT security area (e.g. CISSP, CISM).
  • Experience working with a large organization (>35,000 customers).
  • Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and 10+ years of IT experience.


Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
