Evoke is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Management Analyst to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to define needs or problems
- Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission-critical challenges/issues
- Conduct and provide analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT)
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including one-on-one and group interviews, to capture and analyze current processes, and requirements for future enhancements, and formulate and present recommendations
- Draft and maintain a wide range of communications materials (e.g., internal and external communications, talking points, FAQs, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes, user guides, and training aids)
- Facilitate timely and accurate distribution of communications
- Draft and maintain artifact library (e.g., requirements, workflow diagrams, and design, implementation, and deployment plans)
- Develop brief(s) and present findings/recommendations
- Develop detailed "As Is" and "To Be" process diagrams delineating outputs, inputs, systems/applications, tools, and applicable subprocesses
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Strong M365 experience (including Visio)
- International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) or the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification
Education and Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity policy or related role
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in the Federal Government, specifically the Department of Homeland Security (preferred)
- Experience working in Chief Information Security Officer Divisions or understanding of cybersecurity policies
Security Clearance
- Applicants selected must be eligible to work in the United States, be subject to a government security investigation, and meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information.

- Springfield, VA (hybrid, on-site with some remote opportunity)
