Position Location: Hybrid, ability to come onsite 1 day every 2 weeks

Who are you?

Security-cleared Professional: You have the ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.

Education is important to us: You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7 years of experience in IT program management.

Experience is important to us:
  • Proven experience managing federal cybersecurity programs or projects.
  • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity regulations, policies, and standards, including NIST, FISMA, and DHS-specific frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Certifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and CISSP or CISM certification

What you'll do:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and federal standards.
  • Oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, risk management, and quality assurance for cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and other relevant cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
  • Track program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with federal clients, contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on cybersecurity best practices and strategic planning.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues in a timely and effective manner.
