This position will be responsible for:
Developing and producing sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analyses around labor availability, costs, and the impacts of policies and programs. This work is critical to support investment decisions.
Continuously improve reports/analysis based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders
When required, present findings of various internal groups.
Job Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, and 3-6 years of experience working with labor/workforce data.
Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build, and manage models for understanding labor availability, the impact of training programs, and policy initiatives
Direct experience in large industrial economic development projects a plus.
Fluency with commonly used labor and economic data sources including Lightcast, BLS, etc. Expert in MS Excel.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
