Work Schedule: Fully onsite

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree

1. Attend, contribute, and follow up on weekly SCM meetings
2. Prepare data and presentations for weekly executive-level presentations
3. Tracks and reports:
a. Customer share of the market (TAM
b. Share at customer and customer's share of (weekly/quarterly / annually)
4. Distribute the roadmaps/deal sheets from PM to BBY and Target
a. Completes both customers' deal sheets for entry into their pricing systems
b. Follows up that information is received and updated to prevent errors
5. Create Weekly Share of File
a. Summarize and send to sales for analysis and reporting
6. Create rolling marketing calendar for all national accounts
a. Takes inputs from IM, PM, and Sales teams to update to create visibility and long term planning of marketing vehicles and sales events
7. Customer sites online: Review product listings
a. Bi-weekly--Follow up on listing suppression, EOL items
b. Weekly review of SDF listings
c. If OOS or missing, follow up with appropriate team for resolution
8. Product launches: Executes new sku setup and SDU process
a. Works directly with the customer sku set up team and fills in the forms to execute new models at the customer
b. Post audits the PDPs and SKU information from customers for accuracy
a. Submits SDUs to ensure correct system pricing upon receipt of launch PO
9. Vendor portal management
a. Document updates and submission (ie ISTA, missing images, etc)
b. Triage resolution of catalog issues-missing / incorrect images
10. B2B SPA / Deal Reg Process Management
11. Daily Sales Trend Tracking
a. Aggregates all accounts current week sales trends into a master report to share with leadership on a daily basis
12. Competitive MI Tracking
a. Collects and analyzes competitive pricing & relevant product launches and provides recommendations to PM & sales
13. Buffer Management
a. Analyzes future account level sell-in and sell-out by model to provide recommendations to PM add/remove supply buffer
