We are actively seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the HME team. This important position will be responsible for analyzing complex quality data and delivering actionable insights to improve business outcomes and increase customer satisfaction. This role involves building trust with various departments through clear communication, explaining methodologies and addressing concerns.

What you will do in the position:
Be the subject matter expert for HME quality data and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and sources. Ensure data model enables effective data analysis.
Create reports and visualizations that deliver data insights used to set improvement priorities and drive actions.
Monitor trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning, data validation, and by creating data quality reports. Work with IT and operations to mistake-proof data entry activities.
Partner with IT to develop and enhance the data warehouse.

What you will need to succeed in this position:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years' experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
Strong understanding of database architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Strong collaborator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing tasks and projects with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed.
Attention to detail, data accuracy, and timely delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:
Existing knowledge of operational processes and associated data management tools (PLM, MES, ERP, CRM).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with data governance best practices and compliance requirements.

Pay Range: $87,800 - $117,000 per annum. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
