Pay Range: $40hr - $47hr

- Must have: 5-7 years hand on experience in SQL/Excel/Data Analysis Tools (Knowledge of any Programing Language is Plus).
- Must have: Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling and technical architecture concepts.
- Must have: Experience working in Financial Service Industry (We will prefer who have worked on CRM / Distribution System / Sales System / Sales Compensation functions in any asset management firms ).
- Must have: Experience working with Business Users for gathering requirements / troubleshooting issues / responding to user queries on day-to-day basis.
- Must have: Knowledge of Jira / SDLC especially Agile.
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce CRM System.
- Knowledge or experience with Snowflake Data Platform; for Client Data Platform preferred.
- Knowledge of Tableau preferred.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools a plus.
- Knowledge of JIRA agile development software preferred.
- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills; ability to propose solutions.
- Experience writing business user requirements and functional specification.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (Computer Science degree preferred).
