Our xfn team is very data-driven. We use data for everything from pitching to merchants, to making ship decisions, to deciding what the next half's roadmap should be. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will focus on Marketing for our Ads + Promotions team. Projects will involve measuring marketing and comarketing campaigns for our merchant and Client partners, including onsite media, offsite media, and promotions: * Work with business partners and stakeholders to understand data/reporting requirements. * Work with engineering, product teams and 3rd parties to collect required data * Build, update, & productionize dashboards & ETLs * Develop and implement data quality checks, conduct QA and implement monitoring routines. * Provide descriptive analysis and sizing The skills we are looking for * Strong sql. Fast and detail oriented. Able to catch small bugs. * Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage an intake sheet and manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders. * Strong communication skills. * Proactive. Should communicate out if priorities change or if they are blocked.
