TxDOT requires the services of [1] Planview PPMPro Administrator hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Data Analyst/Report Writer and the specifications outlined in this document
The Data Analyst/Report Writer is an Information Technology (IT) support role that will administer the PMO Project Portfolio Management system of record, Planview PPMPro. Planview PPM software is a project portfolio management application which is configured for TxDOT ITD to offer Gantt charts, schedule views, project status, lifecycle management, time tracking, and more to help improve project planning and execution. PPMPro facilitates collaborative work management where team members get workspaces to execute tasks, collaborate on projects, and ongoing team activities.
This role will follow industry standards for application development, configuration, management, and governance processes to support Enterprise level projects and initiatives. The role will also collaborate with ITD internal stakeholders to provide regular updates, gather requirements, and configure user interfaces to support ITD processes. The Data Analyst/Report writer required to communicate with hiring manager on a regular basis and is responsible for managing and working to resolve incident tickets assigned through Service Now within the defined SLA, maintaining and managing all technical documentation, identify risks, issues and work proactively to develop and mitigate risks and resolve issues; maintain awareness of all vendor releases, determine integration of vendor releases into ITD instance.

Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects of all sizes. Familiar with project management principles and best practices through all traditional phases as denoted by PMI.
