Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage data and analytics projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, while tracking progress against detailed project plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, IT specialists, and business stakeholders.
Analyze project data and outcomes to provide insights and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
Facilitate effective communication with senior management and stakeholders through status updates, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure project compliance with company standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Support data integrity and governance initiatives by integrating quality controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience managing data and analytics projects within an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and executive reporting.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and governance best practices.
