Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Experience with complex workflow technologies and ecosystem, data modeling tools
- Experience with Project / Process management
- Experience writing technical documentation
- Familiarity with core BPM and Decisioning concepts (e.g. Case and Decisioning) and experience building data catalogs/dictionaries with business glossaries
- Strong expertise on ADM modeling using PEGA and Champion Challenger
- Familiarity with cloud / distributed computing and storage concepts and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong process management
- Design data models and schemas that can fit multiple business use cases leveraged by multiple core technical stacks
- Define and implement data accuracy across product portfolio
- Works closely with customers and team members to understand current operating procedures, program objectives, and business requirements that drive the design and development of high-quality technical solutions.
- Involved with full systems life cycle to include planning, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Experienced in system analysis, design, and quality assurance.
- Consults with user to identify current operating procedure and clarify program objectives and makes recommendations about new code or reuse of existing code.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills.
- 6 to 10 plus years of experience.
- 6 plus years of total experience in IT - hands on delivery of large enterprise complex solutions
- 4 plus years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using PegaSystems PRPC tool.
- Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management, Pega Decisioning and various PRPC Integrations
- Pega Decisioning experience
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
- Experienced in integration with Database, Web Services, MQ and Middleware technologies.
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
- Pega CLSA certification is required
- Locations open: Alpharetta GA preferred but open to Irving TX as last resort
- Working Model: Hybrid- In office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays each week- Prefers Alpharetta location but open to Irving if necessary
- Targeted Years of Experience: 6 to 10 plus years
