Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience developing custom database tools, queries, and Apache NiFi flows.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying production data pipelines incorporating SQL, NoSQL, and other data storage and query backends.
Demonstrated experience with designing logical data architectures and conducting data extraction, parsing, and manipulation; particularly, cleaning labeled data in preparation for use in machine learning and statistical approaches.
Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining systems and architectural documentation
Demonstrated experience conducting data extraction, parsing, manipulation, feature engineering, and storage of diverse data sets.
Demonstrated experience with Python and SQL.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with software such as source control (Git/GitHub), continuous build/delivery (Jenkins), issue management (Jira), documentation/ collaboration (Confluence), automated testing, and deployment of infrastructure or configurations.
Demonstrated experience with provisioning and management cloud compute resources and services, such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
Demonstrated experience with distributed computation, including experience creating parallel processing solutions.
Demonstrated experience in automating data preparation methods.
Demonstrated experience creating CLI tools and documentation.

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a scientific discipline.
