WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Choreograph is seeking a Data Control Manager - North America. You will be responsible for executing the standard operating procedures for new client screening and data subject access requests for Choreograph's North American market. Other coverage areas will include data subject access requests (DSARs) and internal/external user access requests with periodic monitoring and data retention activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

For the North American market you will:
  • Work with Legal and Data Governance teams to implement the standard operating procedures for new client onboarding and screening, and quarterly and ad hoc client reviews. Keep all associated documentation and summarize timely reporting to the business.
  • Help with consumer data subject access requests (DSARs) and track using the OneTrust tool.
  • Monitor user requests to data and perform monthly/quarterly audits as required.
  • Request quarterly retention cycle and work with data operations and sales to complete.
  • Continually seek and implement initiatives to improve operational systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance directives, supplier and client contractual obligations, and local regulatory requirements. Maintain close working relationships with Legal/Compliance/Governance teams.
  • Support Growth/Strategy teams as required in the client pitch process to deliver compelling solutions, and ensure such solutions are achievable and supportable.
  • Maintain close working relationships with Growth/Delivery/Success, Product, and Technology leadership and foster collaboration between those teams and your own.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative and/or technical discipline. Master's Degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in data services business.
  • Data-driven marketing, data governance, and privacy expertise.
  • Experience working with sensitive/confidential data and legal matters.
  • Strong experience in relational and graph data warehouse solutions, cloud data warehouse preferred (e.g. Google Cloud Suite, Amazon Web Services Suite, Microsoft Azure Suite, Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of the full Choreograph spectrum of platforms & data solutions.
  • Excellent management skills with attention to people empowerment and achievement.
  • Validated self-starter with a robust set of problem-solving skills, deeply organized with unfailing attention to detail.
  • Flexible and resourceful. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solution driven mindset and ability to connect dots.
