The Data Engineer will focus on the implementation of Palantir Foundry and AIP for McCoy Global. You will empower delivery of complex data assets and applications driving key business processes across the entire company. You will be working with large scale, complex datasets to solve business problems and drive insight at pace while collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business problems into operational improvements and end user solutions in Palantir Foundry & AIP.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development and data analysis
• Proven experience with Palantir Foundry is an asset
• Palantir certification is an asset.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
• Data Engineer skills (SQL, Python, PySpark/Spark)
• Expertise in databases

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with use case teams to identify opportunities for new data acquisition, and design how those pipelines will be implemented and integrated into the existing architecture and structures.
• Create and maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap of use cases across the organization. Work with the team to ensure that the backlog and roadmap are in alignment with the broader goals, strategy, and implementation roadmap.
• Manage data ingestion and pipeline health, in line with program-wide standards for data ingestion and deciding and enforcing pipeline health metrics.
• Own data connections between Foundry and source systems, ensuring that all connections are clean, reliable, and compliant.
• Work with team leads to develop new product features and sustain the existing platform.
• Document and implement platform changes.
• Remote work, with maybe up to 10% travel.
