Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic leadership to drive and cultivate ongoing enhancements to Cedar Gate's data pipeline, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Guide the Data Operations team on effectively understanding customer business needs and transforming them into actionable application and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with the data leadership team to effectively oversee an offshore team of Data Analysts and Quality Assurance Engineers, ensuring high standards and optimal performance in our data-driven initiatives.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, expertly addressing and resolving their technical issues to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Take on the role of a process champion by effectively applying your deep knowledge of organizational policies and operational processes to drive improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Guarantee that our product modules meet functional requirements and align with system standards and interface specifications. This can be achieved through proactive and ongoing performance monitoring and coaching of our team members, ensuring consistent quality and excellence.
- Additionally, you will attend client meetings as the healthcare data subject matter expert, review sprint plans, manage the sprints, review and provide analysis of client data, resolve data issues, and provide input into the overall data process at Cedar Gate.
Job Location
Hybrid Remote in our office in Burlington, MA
Required Experience / Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience performing analysis on healthcare data
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Advanced skillset with SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills for maximizing team performance and satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to attend the occasional early morning or late evening meetings with the offshore team
- Currently eligible to work in the USA without an employment visa
Preferences - Not Required
- 10+ years of experience performing analysis on healthcare data
- Experience with AWS and Redshift
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Prior management experience
