AttainX, Inc. is in search of an experienced Data Literacy Lead to provide expert leadership and guidance to our federal government client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall efforts to expand data literacy across a US government agency by recommending, developing, and presenting professional training and development sessions to help enhance enterprise data use and comprehension.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA in education, instructional design, or training.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing and delivering large-scale training programs
- Data literacy and ability to teach others the value of data.
- Experience training professional staff in the use, manipulation, or presentation of data to a wide range of audiences.
- Experience conducting survey design and implementation for a large organization or the public.
- Understanding data concepts, data management, and data governance.
- Familiarity with enterprise data architectures, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Experience in instructional design and training development, including the ADDIE method.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing feedback mechanisms and measuring training efficacy.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and advanced analytics applications.
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
Skills:
Data Literacy, Instructional Design, Teaching, Survey Design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal teaching background is highly preferred.
- Preferably have USCIS background and client experience.
- MA/MS degree.
- 10+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale training programs.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis.
- Experience in creating and managing data-focused communities of practice.
- Familiarity with marketing and communication strategies for promoting training programs.
- Certification in data literacy, instructional design, or related areas.
- Business acumen and ability to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of federal data policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, OMB M-19-18, Federal Data Strategy).
Duties:
- Lead and support the development of a data culture that enables staff to effectively incorporate data into everyday operations.
- Enhance data literacy through training, documentation, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support a data-fluent ecosystem that includes foundation learning, experiential and social learning via data-focused communities of practice.
- Host workshops and training sessions to educate users about enterprise data, data products, and build comprehension.
- Maintain and expand a data education website for internal users.
- Create, refine, and liver content for new courses aligned to the agency's data literacy framework.
- Use ADDIE method for instructional design in all course development and refinement.
- Develop and support communication plans and marketing campaigns for all existing and any newly developed training programs within the agency's data literacy framework.
- Develop and implement an approach to measure efficacy of data literacy initiatives and to drive future training initiatives.
