Rohde & Schwarz USA's critical infrastructure business unit is expanding and seeking talent with Federal Government experience. This opening is for a Data Manager to support our Air Traffic Control (ATC) programs. Strong candidates will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, be goal oriented, and customer focused. The position is based in the DC/MD/VA area and will work out of our headquarters facility in Columbia, Maryland.

The total compensation for this position is $70K-$95K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.

Your tasks
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of data deliverables to government customers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timelines.
- Administer and maintain document control processes using Master Control document management system, including version control, access management, and compliance tracking.
- Manage vendor relationship with Master Control that includes establishing SLAs, coordinating enhancements and software updates, annual contracts, and ensuring corporate cloud compliance controls are maintained.
- Track and manage document revisions, approvals, and release processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data for customer deliverables.
- Ensure all data submissions meet government standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement data management best practices, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Generate reports and maintain logs to track the status of deliverables and document changes.
- Provide training and support to team members on Master Control usage and data management procedures.
- Participate in audits and provide documentation as required.

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, document control, or a similar role.
- Experience working with government contracts and understanding of government data requirements.
- Proficiency in Master Control or other document management systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations regarding data and document management
- Experience in the Aerospace, Air Traffic Control, or Transportation Security industry.is a plus
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Certification in document control or data management is a plus.
- US citizen capable of receiving a US Government security clearance.
