Data Modeler

Role Description: Collaborate with business process teams in CRM, ERP, HR, and Risk Management to gather and analyze data requirements.? Develop, update, and maintain global data models at both conceptual and logical levels.? Create and manage a global data glossary and data dictionary to ensure a consistent understanding of data across the organization.? Work with international teams and leverage technologies including Salesforce, S4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft to integrate data models across various platforms.? Ensure data models adhere to organizational standards and best practices in data governance and data quality.? Facilitate discussions and workshops with business stakeholders to align on data efinitions and requirements.? Support data integration efforts and ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.? Provide expertise and guidance to data stewards, data architects, and other stakeholders involved in data management initiatives.?
