Description:
Under the supervision of the Staff Service Manager II (Product Manager), the Research Data Specialist I (Data Research Analyst), will oversee any necessary insight and research efforts in support of Office activities. The incumbent will organize and conduct research either independently or through research vendors, verify quality of data, and compose briefings for stakeholders regarding insight and research findings to advance broad Office goals and priorities, including the statewide communication strategy for OCPSC's priority campaigns with specific emphasis in reaching marginalized communities. Further, the incumbent will be tasked with aiding the Staff Service Manager II (Product Manager), with overseeing the complete life cycle of core products that support OCPSC projects and programs.
This position is eligible for telework in accordance with the GO-Serve Telework Policy.

Working Conditions

Department Information The Office of Community Partnership and Strategic Communications (OCPSC) is a state investment to formalize and leverage the infrastructure and work the state developed to support the 2020 Census and COVID-19 public awareness and community engagement campaigns. The OCPSC will centralize and streamline statewide efforts to manage the state's highest priority public awareness and community outreach initiatives.
