We are seeking a Data Scientist/Engineer to support machine learning model migration initiatives and deliver data-driven solutions using advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud-based technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with ML Ops, model evaluation, and cloud tools, while also contributing to client-facing projects and innovative data strategies.
We would prefer senior candidates with 10-15 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ML model migration team in transitioning 80+ models to a new cloud environment.
- Deploy, evaluate, and quality-test ML models; retrain and tune as needed.
- Lead or assist with AI/ML-driven project delivery in a consulting setting.
- Analyze complex business challenges and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Conduct market research and communicate insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize innovative thinking and best practices to achieve impactful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding project challenges.
- Work with structured and unstructured data of varying complexity.
- Manage massive data streams in distributed computing environments.
- Implement batch and real-time model scoring pipelines.
- Assemble large, complex data sets to meet business requirements.
- Apply business acumen to analyze data, generate insights, and solve issues.
- Support issue resolution related to data flow and quality with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data science projects within a consulting or similar environment.
- 4+ years of experience in areas such as Predictive Analytics, Statistics, AI/ML, or ML Ops.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Python and/or R.
- Proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, GitHub, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Experience in testing and validating ML models.

- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and adaptable attitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred.
Education: Bachelors Degree
