Tableau Data Visualization Specialist

This full-remote position will support our Home Office located in Dripping Springs, TX.

We're seeking an expert Tableau developer to create, develop, and implement top-tier data visualization solutions for our organization. This role will focus heavily on Tableau, with additional work in Salesforce Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics). The ideal candidate will conduct thorough data analysis and design performance dashboards to aid management in effectively interpreting data.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations to meet complex business requirements
  • Leverage Tableau's full range of features to create interactive and insightful data presentations
  • Utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics) as a secondary tool for additional reporting needs
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and convert them into Tableau-based data visualization solutions
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets, transforming them into actionable insights through Tableau visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures in Tableau
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate Tableau with various data systems
  • Develop and update technical documentation for Tableau dashboards and data models

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau in a professional setting
  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions


Preferred Requirements
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist certification or Tableau Desktop Certified Professional
  • Relevant Salesforce Einstein Analytics certifications
