We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the design and implementation of data warehouse (DWH) architectures and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. You will oversee the daily processing of data and implement necessary enhancements to ensure the efficient operation of Fact/Dimensions, intermediary, and reporting tables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing and analytics, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

You will oversee the daily processing of data and implement necessary enhancements to ensure the efficient operation of Fact/Dimensions, intermediary, and reporting tables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing and analytics, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support design and implementation of DWH architectures and ETL processes.
- Oversee all daily processing as well as necessary enhancement to Fact/Dimensions, intermediary and reporting tables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and data management.
- Monitor data warehouse performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data warehousing and analytics.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to promote data sharing and integration across various business units.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation and selection of new data technologies and tools.
- Document changes and enhancements to data models, maintaining up-to-date metadata and technical documentation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data management, or analytics, with a focus on the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in ETL tools and data integration processes (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schema).
- Knowledge of cloud-based dwh solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI,Looker) and reporting methodologies.
- Proficient in programming languages relevant to data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, practices and tools, including metadata management and data lineage.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
