The Database Management Analyst IV is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex database systems to ensure data integrity, security, and performance. This role supports critical data operations and provides technical expertise to optimize database solutions for organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain robust database structures to meet business and technical requirements.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Implement and enforce data management policies, security protocols, and recovery solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries and configuration records.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure effective use of database systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in database management, design, and optimization.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL) and advanced SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data security and backup strategies.
