Show Caller
Coordinates the backstage flow of an event, cueing technical elements and performers according to script. Requires strong communication and timing skills. At least 5 shows called.
Production Manager
Manages all logistical aspects of an event, including budget, personnel, and timelines. Requires leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. 5 + Years experience
FOH Lead
Manages front-of-house operations, including catering, venue decor, and social media booth activation. Requires hospitality, design, and marketing expertise. 5+ Years of experience.
FOH Coordinator
Supports FOH Lead with tasks like setup, guest interaction, and social media management. Requires eagerness to learn and attention to detail. 0-4 years experience.
Catering Lead
Manages catering operations at an event, including selecting & managing vendors, menu planning, food preparation, and service. Experience working with caterers (both external and in-house) and management skills preferred. (Experience working for a catering company required)
Stage Manager
Runs the show backstage, ensuring smooth execution according to script and cueing performers and crew. Requires strong organizational and communication skills. At least two years of experience working directly with high-level VIPS
