Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee Workforce Development initiatives without campus involvement.
Manage administrative tasks 100% of the time.
Provides managerial direction to employees in the Workforce division.
Ensures the College achieves its strategic and operational goals for workforce
development.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience in establishing and managing VN/PN program and starting an associate in Nursing
Must have experience leading a program
Must have 2 years Leadership in higher education
Minimum MSN or higher education
Flexible availability required (mornings evenings Weekends on occasion)
All faculty are per diem so 8-10 direct reports
Relocation potential not confirmed
Must have in state license
