Title: Delivery Executive
Location: Hartford, CT

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate, and define transformation terms, between a multi-disciplinary team to a highly skilled digital team.
  • Deliver complex projects by breaking down barriers for team - by planning at a higher level and getting into the details - to make things happen when needed
  • Be at the core of taking decisions that build impactful teams
  • Manage account numbers through Revenue Margins Profitability; manage account operations - client facing: from Contracting to Invoicing; and internal facing: lead and guide Account People -; process planning in related to engagement, energizing enrichment; manage delivery quality with predictability and measurements
  • Assist the Account Executive and Delivery Executives in leading
  • Create client relationships through India Visits; assist in client Satisfaction Action Plans by handling partner concerns
  • Manage Solutions in coordination with Capgemini group practices and COEs support of innovation initiatives
  • Assist in pre sales response to RFPs etc.
  • Collaborate with GBLs internal practices and other Capgemini market units to optimize solutions for client challenges and ensure connection between Capgemini and client
  • Facilitate client relationships by steering committees and enhancing overall account growth
  • Responsible for the delivery oversight and direction for the entire Account Organize Status Reviews with Account Executive(s)
  • Drive Portfolio Financial Operational KPIs
  • Create and implement the Account roadmap across all service lines
  • Define and drive strategic direction in terms of technology workforce for the account
Required Skills:
  • 10 years of experience in end to end delivery program management of large programs is required
  • Ability to drive geographically distributed teams across US and India
  • Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
  • Thorough knowledge of contract management and financial management
  • Experience on end to end Delivery Management with multiple development methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Superb communication skills with ability to be assertive and ability to lead changes
  • Hands on and can do demeanor whilst demonstrating the highest business ethics and compliance
  • Ability to coach Program Project Managers is preferred
