You aspiretoworkwithin a multidisciplinary team aspartof a newly established Investment Performance team. This position is for you!

You willworkclosely with members of theInvestment Performance (IP)team and all members assignedtothis teamona matrix basis. You will serve as the operational leader of one of the teams support units, or pods, without being an official team leader. You willreportdirectlytothe head of the IP team, with your responsibilities outlined below.

Responsibilities of the Investment Performance team

• Provide comprehensive support for the activities of variousinternalpartners, including investment teams and specialized investment support teams like Risk;
• Ensure streamlined accesstoportfolio management data, such as positions and performance metrics;
• Carry out performance calculations forinternalclients in Investments;
• Take charge of the integration of new activities and new products;
• Develop ad hoc analysesonexisting portfolios;
• Assist in buildingclientmarket analyses;
• Ensure coordination with the operations and IT teams;
• Provide personalized supporttoyour specific clients while creating cross-functional services for all clients, minimizing redundancies.

Your responsibilities as Delivery Manager

• Serve as the primary point ofcontactfor the various clients supported by your unit, or pod;
• Coordinate the activities of your pod using an agile approach, including daily scrums and backlog management;
• Workin fusion mode with the IT service delivery team for Investments.
• Build connections between the various contributors to deliver IP services;
• Know your clients and share this knowledge with your pod;
• Engage with your clients DMS eventstoensure alignment;
• Coordinate your units activities with the IP leader;
• Reportonyour units activitiestoboth your clients and the IP leader;
• Optimize the use of services provided by various support centres (Solutions, Data, Analytics, Visualization), and determine whentoperform tasks directly or delegate them;
• Identify transformations that needtobe managed inprojectmode and initiate those projects;
• Promote team spirit within your unit, fostering a cohesive, multidisciplinary team.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Workclosely with other leaders in the sector;
• Provide continuous feedbacktoservice centres supporting the sector;
• Contributetothe overall efficiency of the Operations teams (Investments);
• Propose and implement improvementstoprocesses andworkmethods;
• Coordinate and manage the cross-functional initiatives assignedtoyou.

Desiredprofile

• Bachelorsdegreein financial engineering, finance, business administration, software engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• Mastersdegreeordoctoratean asset
• Additional asset: CFA, FRM or comparable certification
• Aminimumof 10yearsof direct experience in investment-related roles and deep knowledge of investments
• Dual financial and digital skills, backed by experience and training
• Deep sense of accountability and strong customer focus
• Strongly results-oriented
• Advancedlevel of French and English language proficiency, as the role will involve strategic verbal and written interactions with Toronto-basedinternalclients within the Investment sector and with various unilingual English-speaking third parties in the capital markets environment, primarily CIBC Mellon, all on a regular basis (approximately 30% of thetime)
