Infinia ML is part of Aspirion, a leading provider of complex claims and denials management services. Aspirion helps hospitals and healthcare systems minimize patient burden by maximizing reimbursement from insurance companies. Infinia ML has developed a versatile and standardized platform for processing written content in documents, such as medical records, insurance claims, correspondence and more leveraging the power of AI and machine learning.

Role Overview

As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our ML-powered products from inception to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, product management, and users, to ensure that solutions meet requirements, are scalable, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Management:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery process of Machine Learning products in the healthcare domain.
• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and successfully released to the internal organization.
• Define project timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and manage expectations around delivery timelines, features, and resources.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Manage and lead cross-functional teams (including engineers, data scientists, product managers) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Foster a collaborative and agile working environment to encourage creativity and innovation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including operations, users, and external partners.
• Provide regular updates on the status of deliveries, risks, and roadblocks.
• Ensure that stakeholder expectations are aligned with product capabilities, deadlines, and scope.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project and proactively work with teams to address them.
• Manage escalations and ensure resolution within project timelines.

Process Optimization:

• Implement and improve delivery processes, utilizing best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering Machine Learning products or technology solutions, with at least 5+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management frameworks.
• Solid experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex products on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels (internal teams, healthcare clients, vendors).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working with data science and machine learning models is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within product delivery cycles. Experience with healthcare products is a plus.
• Familiarity with the integration of AI/ML models into healthcare systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
