About the role:

They're seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join their team to work alongside the VP of Marketing. This role involves leading efforts to grow the sales funnel and manage pipeline development, working closely with sales, customer success, and the marketing team.

What you'll do:
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead targeted campaigns designed to engage key accounts, directly contributing to pipeline generation.
  • SEO & Website Management: Devise and implement strategies to enhance organic search rankings and optimize website functionality, focusing on both the user interface and technical aspects.
  • Conversion Optimization: Continuously improve conversion rates across all digital platforms, including the website, app marketplaces, review sites, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Content Marketing: Direct the creation and distribution of content that not only elevates brand awareness but also positions our client as a thought leader in the industry, thereby supporting lead generation efforts.
  • Channel Marketing: Work in concert with Sales leadership and partners to craft marketing campaigns and initiatives that bolster market presence within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Marketing Automation: Take charge of marketing automation processes by crafting and managing nurture campaigns for both prospects and existing customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Oversee the measurement and analysis of marketing efforts, setting performance benchmarks, creating detailed reports and dashboards, and regularly sharing insights on the effectiveness of marketing strategies with the team

Skills you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams and building out demand generation functions
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling effective marketing programs and campaigns
  • Deep understanding of modern demand generation practices and marketing channels
  • Strong strategic and tactical skills, with a hands-on approach to driving outcomes
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, working closely with other departments to deliver on shared business objectives
  • Strong working knowledge of managing budgets, resource management, and ability to negotiate terms with contractors and vendor resources
  • Experience with marketing automation, SDR automation, buyer intent, and website optimization softwares,
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM: Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV) channel experience is a plus
