Alside is looking for a revenue-focused, data-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help power aggressive growth in preparation for our next phase. You'll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that bring back past customers, attract new ones, and grow share of wallet with current accounts -- all with speed, precision, and measurable impact.

In this role, you'll lead the creation and deployment of integrated marketing campaigns, manage agency partners, and use tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive pipeline. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and branch leaders to deliver results fast -- with clear KPIs and ROI tracking every step of the way.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Build and execute campaigns that support three key goals: win-back, net-new acquisition, and account expansion.
  • Own the strategy for full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, print, and events.
  • Align closely with sales and branch teams to localize messaging and ensure follow-through.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Execution
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build journeys, automate nurture sequences, and send targeted campaigns.
  • Leverage segmentation, personalization, and behavior-based triggers to optimize results.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously test and improve.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Acceleration
  • Design high-converting programs that drive marketing-qualified leads and fast-track sales conversations.
  • Implement lead scoring, routing, and handoff processes in collaboration with sales and CRM teams.
  • Optimize content, landing pages, and forms for conversions.

Content & Asset Development
  • Create or oversee the creation of high-impact content: emails, case studies, promotions, flyers, landing pages, social posts.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with audience pain points and campaign objectives.

Agency & Partner Coordination
  • Manage relationships with creative, digital, and media agencies.
  • Brief partners clearly, track deliverables, and ensure work is aligned with brand and performance goals.

Events & Local Activation
  • Plan and support regional or branch-level events that align with revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure follow-up and lead capture post-event.

Budget & Analytics
  • Manage campaign budgets, track ROI, and report on performance metrics including:
    • MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, SOW impact
  • Use insights to quickly pivot and double down on what works.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3--7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in distribution, industrial, or building products.
  • Proven success delivering revenue-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Specialist or Admin Certification preferred).
  • Excellent project management skills; comfort working in high-speed, high-stakes environments.
  • Strong writing and content development skills with a bias toward action and performance.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience marketing to contractors, dealers, or builders.
  • Familiarity with paid media, SEO/SEM, and retargeting as part of full-funnel campaigns.
  • Experience working with co-op marketing or MDF programs.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) a plus.
