Ironclad Defense Works is seeking a dynamic Demonstration Team Technical Professional to support NATO's Allied Command Transformation (ACT) in Norfolk, VA. This role is part of a high-visibility initiative to showcase the technical innovation and operational value of SACT's solutions to internal and external NATO audiences. You will lead live demonstrations, workshops, and immersive experiences across a broad range of platforms and formats, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, results-driven presentations.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role (engineering, IT, or scientific research).
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in technical account management or solutions engineering.
  • At least 2 years' experience crafting and executing technical communication or campaign strategies.
  • Minimum 2 years working with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, videographers, SMEs).
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proven experience managing relationships across various levels and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with international or multinational organizations, particularly in military or defense environments.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of NATO structures, missions, and operating procedures.
  • Multilingual proficiency (e.g., French).
