Day to Day:
The Dental Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily management of dental operations at clinic sites in the Yakima Valley, overseeing integrated care for underserved populations. This fast paced management position works with other professionals to provide team-based care and maximize patient service. The Dental Clinic Manager works closely with the Chief Dental Officer, and supervises front and back-office staff (receptionists and dental assistants), work closely with dentists, dental hygienists, and students of dental professions; provides staff training and coaching; assists and oversees quality assurance, infection control procedures, and oversees customer service activities.

- Three years' experience in a clinical dental setting, preferably serving underserved populations.
- Experience as a supervisor in a health care setting, working with diverse populations of staff and patients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, encourage teamwork, and support.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly and concisely in English to communicate with patients and staff regarding policies of the clinic.
- Any ability to communicate in Spanish is a preferred skill. Convenient if bilingual in English/Spanish, and/or ability to sign.
